Mr. Slutsky, who has led Mimeo to 25% annualized growth since becoming CEO in 2005, will remain at the company through a transition period and will continue to serve the company as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Delbridge is a founding team member of Mimeo and has previously held positions including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and most recently President of the Company. Mr. Delbridge played a critical role in transitioning the company from a U.S. based startup to global leader and was instrumental in raising capital, driving Mimeo’s growth across each of its businesses and spearheading Mimeo’s expansion to Western Europe in 2011.
