Ann McDonald, Mimeo Ann has over 20 years of experience as a Talent Development leader with a history of consistently improving sales performance and business results through innovative learning and development methods and strategic talent management initiatives. She has a proven track record in providing talent management and learning and development solutions, and in selecting, implementing and leveraging technology to maximize employee engagement and increase learning retention in order to optimize results in sales driven organizations. At Mimeo, Ann is responsible for leading the strategic direction of all training and development programs and his currently in the process of putting the right tools and systems in place to enhance learning opportunities and improve training impact for all levels of employees from new hires through the executive level. Michelle Vidensek, Google Michelle is an Instructional Designer at Google and partners with clients across the staffing organization to onboard and continually develop their skills. After over 5 years in learning and development across different industries (i.e., Healthcare, Tech, Consulting), she knows the key to creating impactful learning experiences is using a data-driven approach and being creative to engage and grow learners’ skills. Michelle is certified in the Hogan Assessments and has a coaching certificate from New York University, and coaches new hires (Nooglers) at Google. She is a member of the ATD Golden Gate Chapter in San Francisco, CA. Michelle has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida. She received her B.A. in Psychology from St. John’s University in NY.
